World Mental Health Day

“Our minds, our rights”

October 10 is World Mental Health Day!

This year’s Mental Health Day theme is that “mental health is a universal right.” Mental health is vital to our well-being and how we function in our daily lives. 1 in 8 people globally are living with a mental health condition. When your mental health is unwell, there’s a chain reaction: your physical body can ache, you may be less likely to interact with others, and it affects your daily life.

Struggling with your mental health or being diagnosed is NEVER something to be ashamed of. Interstaff wants to support you and your overall well-being. If you are feeling down, depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or need someone to talk to, we are here for YOU.

Here is a list of resources available to you and your family to promote world mental health day well-being.
