Interstaff's Community Programs
Our Community Programs are specifically designed for our nurses who work in the US.
We are Stronger Together!
The goal is to remain connected with other Interstaff nurses and grow professionally. Learn more about our community programs below.
Alumni Program
Nurses can remain connected with Interstaff beyond their employment agreement. We hope continued engagement beyond their completed term will help establish a long-term community program for all our nurses.
Ambassador Program
City Ambassadors help nurses if they need anything upon arrival, help facilitate group events within ISI, and answer city and hospital-specific questions. Country Ambassadors offer support to new nurses relating to culture and provide guidance for a smooth transition from their home country to the US.
Awards Program
We recognize and celebrate our nurses for the outstanding work that they do every day and acknowledge those who have gone above and beyond to serve their community.
First Nurse Program
We strive to go above and beyond to serve nurses who are the “first Interstaff nurse” at a hospital in order to give them a consistent relocation experience and support system.
Mentorship Program
Mentors provide guidance to nurses who may be experiencing challenges in their adjustment to their job or life in the US. The program aims to connect Mentees with experienced Mentors who can offer insights related to nursing in the US.
BECOME A MENTORPeer Program
Peers help provide additional support to new nurses during their first few weeks of orientation at the hospital and help answer hospital and clinical-specific questions.
