We work closely with your team to create a successful onboarding experience that aligns with your clinical environment and protocols. Our nurses have at least 3+ years of bedside experience and are NCLEX-passed and licensed, ensuring a strong foundation for adapting to your specific practices.
We offer comprehensive support throughout the integration process. This includes assigning a dedicated Processing Officer who acts as an advocate and coach for the nurse throughout the immigration process. We also provide regular 1:1 check-ins and offer ongoing personal and professional support throughout the hours-based contract period. We assist with relocation, including housing and on-shore licensure requirements. Our team of clinical leaders is available to support you with training, advocacy, and internal communications to ensure smooth integration into your existing teams and culture.
The timeline varies depending on the nurse’s visa type. EB-3 (green card) visas typically take 12-18 months. F-1 visa holders (US-educated international nurse graduates) are available almost immediately after passing NCLEX.
