Financial Obligations of Nurses During the EB-3 Process

Understanding the financial obligations associated with the EB-3 Visa process is crucial for international nurses aspiring to work in the United States.

At Interstaff, we recognize that every nurse’s situation is unique, and the costs of each nurse’s process can vary. As a supportive agency, we are committed to assisting our nurses every step of the way. Our goal is to provide clear information, guidance, and resources to help you navigate the financial aspects of your journey, ensuring you are well-prepared and confident as you embark on this important transition.

At Interstaff, we send chosen candidates a list of financial commitments necessary for the EB-3 process. The document outlines what we cover and what the nurse will cover. Please note that the total cost for each nurse’s process depends on various factors, including steps completed before joining our agency, your country of origin, your U.S. placement location, family size, and much more. Therefore, it is not a clear-cut budget for each nurse.

We understand that a lot of preparation goes into the transition of moving to the U.S. and beginning your journey as a United States Registered Nurse. At Interstaff, we want to ensure you are financially prepared for the journey. You can expect to be financially responsible for the following items.

Expected Expenses:

  1. A contribution towards your CGFNS CES Report
  2. Visitor’s Visa for taking the NCLEX exam outside of your home country
  3. IELTS Exam Registration
  4. Your Embassy Interview Medical Examination
  5. Costs related to obtaining transcripts, notarizations, & license verifications.

*Nurses offered an agreement to work with Interstaff and receive a comprehensive document outlining the financial coverage provided in the EB-3 program.

By understanding these financial commitments and planning accordingly, you can focus on preparing for your U.S. Nurse journey. At Interstaff, we support you every step of the way, ensuring you have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
