The interview is the final step of the application process. During their scheduled time, nurses will speak with the Clinical Director one-on-one. It’s important to know what the Director looks for; below is a list of how to best prepare for your interview.
- Timeliness – It is very important that you call at your scheduled time and be ready to interview. Please make sure that you have a strong internet connection prior to your interview.
- Professional attire – Even though interviews are digital, it is highly recommended that you dress professionally.
- Confidence – The interview is an in-depth look into your experience. Nurses are expected to confidently answer questions regarding their experience, skills, and employment history.
- Personability – We look for nurses with a positive attitude and great personality.
